Build your self-awareness

We start by taking an unbiased assessment of your current situation.

This includes having a clear measure of the percentage of time your mind supports you versus sabotaging you. We will also use this to assess how much you progressed by the end of the program.

We identify your specific sabotaging traits and your inner strengths so that we know what to lean on and what to let go of.

This will be the baseline to know where to focus on for maximum impact.


2. CHANGE & ADJUST: Building your self-control

Build your self-control

During our work together you’ll improve your wellbeing, your mental agility, and your self-control.

Beyond that, you’ll get the knowledge, the strategies, the tools, (and the new subconscious setup) to support you playing the game at a different level.
